Shipping Policy
Last updated: June 2026
At BosStaal, we aim to process and deliver every order as quickly and safely as possible.
Delivery Time
Orders are delivered within approximately 8–11 business days after order processing and confirmation.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Courier Partner
BosStaal uses Aramex Store-to-Door courier services for deliveries within South Africa.
Once your order has been handed over to Aramex, delivery is managed by the courier. BosStaal will do our best to assist with tracking and delivery updates where possible.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet the estimated delivery timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances outside BosStaal’s control, including but not limited to:
-
courier delays;
-
high order volumes;
-
incorrect delivery details supplied by the customer;
-
public holidays;
-
weather conditions;
-
strikes, unrest, road closures or other events beyond our control.
BosStaal is not liable for delays caused by Aramex or circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, we will always assist customers where reasonably possible and comply with all applicable South African consumer laws.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct delivery address, contact number and delivery details at checkout.
BosStaal is not responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete customer information.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect delivery details, the customer may be responsible for any additional courier fees to resend the order.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact BosStaal as soon as possible so that we can investigate with Aramex.
Photographs of damaged packaging or products may be required.
Order Tracking
Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to the customer after dispatch.
Legal Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits or removes any rights you may have under the Consumer Protection Act, the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, or any other applicable South African law.
